The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is glad to be the administrator of Franklin County's Three Star Program.  The goal of our Three Star Program is to maintain existing employment, create new employement opportunities, increase family income, improve the quality of life, and create a strong leadership base for Franklin County.

Franklin County's Three Star Designation is one of the County's most valuable assests when recruiting new business and industry at the state level.  The program is to provide community the opportunities to attract new business and developement and improve the overall quality of life in Franklin County. 

Since being recognized as a "Certified Three Star Community," Franklin County undergoes an annual review by Tennessee ECD professionals to ensure that we have met criteria to maintain the accredidation.  To achieve these goals designated by The State of Tennesssee, the Franklin County County Chamber of Commerce gathers information provided by business leaders,  aministrative and governing leaders to maintain this accredidation every year.
